Shipping
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide.
Most orders placed before 11pm on Monday-Friday, will be processed the same day. Orders made on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next working day.
Shipping time estimation:
The Netherlands - 1 to 2 working days
Belgium & Germany - 2 to 3 working days
Europe - 2 to 5 working days
Other - 5 to 9 working days
Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with a track & trace number to track the status of your order. If you have not received it, please check your spam box. Otherwise, please email our customer care with your order number: info@rhyebeauty.com.
Returns
The return shipment is for your own cost. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note we only accept returns if:
- The original packaging is unopened
- The return is sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please note that:
- RHYE does not cover any return costs
- We do not pay for additional customer tax
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- We strongly advise to use a tracking return shipment, as we are not responsible for any items lost in transit
Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
1. Place the item(s) in the original shipping packaging and close the return closure.
2. Bring the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the delivery date of your order. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.

3. When the return has arrived back & is approved, your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within 14 days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased your item. We will not refund the original shipping costs.
To exchange an item for a different product we kindly ask you to place a new order. The process of exchanging an item is the same as returning an item.
For orders it is your own responsibility to arrange and pay for the return shipment.
