Please be careful when filling in your shipping address on the checkout page, we are not liable for lost packages due to an incomplete or inaccurate address.
It's important to note that these times are estimations provided by the postal service and are subject to change.
The Netherlands
The estimated shipping time within the Netherlands is 1-2 business days.

The estimated shipping time to European countries is 2-9 business days. There are two shipping methods available:

Returns
Products to return must be in original packaging and are unopened. We do not pay for additional customer tax. You may return your order to us for a refund or exchange within 14 days of original purchase.
Please follow the below instructions to return your item:
1. Place the product(s) in the original shipping envelope and close the return closure. Write down the return address on the envelope.
2. Close securely.
3. Bring the package to your nearest post office within 14 days of the order date. It is your own responsibility to ship the items with track & trace.
There are certain reasons why only partial refunds may be granted:
1. The order not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. For more information see the Terms & Conditions.
2. Any order that is returned more than 14 days after original purchase.
Exchanges
If you are seeking to exchange a product you can place a new order and return the original item(s) to us for a refund.
Shipping
The return shipment is for your own cost. Purchased items can be returned within 14 days of the delivery date. Please ship the package to the return address below. Note that you need to arrange the return shipment and that the goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse. RHYE is not responsible for the loss or damage of the returned item(s), therefore we advise you to return your goods with registered mail. Please retain proof of postage until we have confirmed that your refund has been successfully processed.

When the return has arrived back in our warehouse & is approved, your refund will be processed in the same way as the original method of payment within 14 days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased item excluding all shipping costs.
