Store Manager - Antwerp

RHYE is seeking a client-focused and highly organized Store Manager to join our team in Antwerp.

If you have a strong sense of responsibility, a natural leadership mindset and understand the importance of creating a high-level client experience, this role could be a great fit.

You’ll be at the heart of our Antwerp location, overseeing the daily operations of the store, supporting the team and working closely with the founders on the continued growth of RHYE.

Main responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of our Antwerp store and ensure a consistently high level of client experience.

• Lead, support and coordinate the store team throughout the day.

• Manage appointments, scheduling and overall booking efficiency.

• Oversee professional and retail inventory, purchasing and stock management.

• Ensure store administration is accurate and up to date.

• Maintain RHYE standards across service, presentation, hygiene and daily operations.

• Identify opportunities to improve store performance, client experience and ways of working.

• Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and the further development of the business.

Profile

• Previous experience in a management, retail, hospitality or beauty environment.

• A strong sense of responsibility and a natural leadership mindset.

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of service and client experience.

• Professional, proactive, organized and confident in communication.

• Comfortable taking ownership while working closely with a team.

• Affinity with beauty and the RHYE brand.

• Fluent in both Dutch and English.

• Available for 24–32 hours per week, including one weekend day and occasional evenings.

• Ambitious and interested in growing alongside the company.
